Function Features:
- Relay Control: It can control a maximum of 12 relays, and accepts terminal – board – specific feedback, providing a versatile solution for different application needs.
- Terminal Board Compatibility: It is compatible with various electromagnetic relay types, such as TR LYS 1 B, D, and F terminal boards, enhancing its adaptability.
- Communication Protocol: It has two Ethernet ports that support the Ethernet Modbus master protocol, which can be used in a simplex networking configuration. ToolboxST allows up to 18 Ethernet Modbus stations to be attached to a single PSCA module.
- Diagnostic Features: It is equipped with indicator LEDs for real – time status updates and alerts, which helps in identifying and resolving potential issues promptly. It also has several alarms specific to the I/O pack, such as comm port # node # communication failure – no response, comm port # node # communication–bad data, etc.
- Redundancy Support: It supports different redundancy configurations. In a TMR (Triple Modular Redundancy) application, three I/O packs are required, while in a simplex configuration, only one is needed.
