Functional Features:

- Alarm Functions: Each channel can be individually configured for alarm detection and reporting. Positive and negative rate – of – change alarms and configurable interrupts for channel alarms and faults are also available.
- Industrial – grade Design: It has an industrial – grade operating temperature range of – 20℃ to 60℃ and a protection level of IP20. It is compatible with various types of terminal blocks and supports hot – swapping.
Application Scenarios:
- Chemical Industry: Used to control the temperature, pressure, and flow rate of reactors. For example, it can precisely control the power of heaters through 4 – 20mA current signals to keep the reaction temperature within a stable range.
- Power Industry: Applied in power plants to monitor and control parameters such as the temperature and pressure of boilers, and to control the speed of feed pumps.
- Mechanical Manufacturing: In high – speed packaging machines, it can control the speed of servo motors through 0 – 10V voltage signals to improve production efficiency and product quality.
- Paper Industry: In high – speed rewinding machines, it is connected to tension sensors through analog – input interfaces to control the tension of paper rolls.
