Function Features
- HART Communication: Each channel has HART 5.0 communication function, which can communicate with external HART communicators to access readings and other HART parameters. There are 4 internal HART modems.
- LED Indicators: Equipped with LED status indicators, such as module normal, field status and TB LED, which can indicate the module status and field status.
- Auto – calibration: Supports auto – calibration upon startup.
- Error Monitoring: Supports on – board error monitoring, negative and positive rate – of – change alarms.
- Alarm Detection: Each channel can select low – alarm, high – alarm, low – low alarm, high – high alarm detection and recording.
- Configurable Scaling and Offset: Allows configurable offset and scaling for each channel.
Application Scenarios
- Process Control: It is mainly used to connect with analog field instruments that measure process variables, such as flow meters, pressure transmitters, and temperature sensors, and transmit the measurement results to the receiving element for processing. It is widely used in industries such as oil and gas, chemical, and power generation.
- Distributed Control System (DCS): Can be integrated into DCS systems to realize the acquisition and monitoring of analog quantity signals.
- TSI Vibration Monitoring System: Applicable to TSI vibration monitoring systems, which can accurately collect vibration – related analog quantity signals for analysis and processing.
