• Output Load:

  • Voltage Mode: 5 mA (minimum resistance 2 kΩ), maximum 1 μF capacitance.
• Isolation: 250 VAC continuous, 1500 VAC for 1 minute between field and backplane (optical) and to frame ground.

Functional Features

• Flexible Output Configuration: Each channel can be configured as either voltage or current output, and the voltage output can be set to unipolar or bipolar, while the current output can be 0 to 20 mA or 4 to 20 mA.
• Fault Detection: In current modes, the module can report an open – wire fault to the CPU for each channel.
• Power – off Protection: When system power is disturbed, the module can go to a known last state. If external power is continuously applied, each output will keep its last value or reset to zero as configured.
