  • Programmable Thresholds: Each group of eight inputs has on/off thresholds that are programmable from 25% to 85% of the incoming line voltage.
  • Advanced Diagnosis: Fault reporting can be enabled or disabled on a circuit – by – circuit basis. The module is equipped with internal channel diagnosis capable of detecting open and short – circuited wires. Each input can be programmed to detect short – circuit faults at 10% – 90% of the incoming line voltage.
  • Communication Protocol: It supports the Genius bus communication protocol, allowing it to be installed near the machine without the need for a backplane, processor, or communication adapter along the module. It supports daisy – chain topology and reports directly to the controller or communication adapter connected to the same network.
  • LED Indicators: It is equipped with LED indicators such as unit normal, I/O enabled, and individual input LEDs.
